      1. Four (4) scholarships, in the amount of $2,000 each, will be awarded on a one-time basis and will not be renewable.
      2. Award will be issued payable directly to the educational institution once enrollment has been confirmed.
      3. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Refer to the checklist on the application form to ensure that all components of the application have been fulfilled.
      4. Award recipients will be determined by the Harrisburg Community Foundation, based on submitted application and required material.
      5. It is the responsibility of the recipient to notify the HCF president regarding the proper names and the date the check is required at the institution prior to December 1 of the school year in which the scholarship was awarded.
      6. No candidate shall be denied being a recipient of a scholarship on the basis of race, creed, sex, religion, national origin, or any other basis, which is prohibited by Section 501 (C) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

      By entering your three-letter name initials below, you are electronically signing your scholarship application submission, stating the information you have submitted is true and correct to the best of your knowledge as of today's date and that you agree to the terms and conditions of the Tiger Legacy Scholarship program.

      Additionally, you hereby grant the Harrisburg Community Foundation (HCF) and its agents and assigns the right to use the submitted material for editorial publications, website and social media entries, illustration, advertising, or any other use for purpose of furthering HCF programs. You hold HCF harmless from any and all liability that might arise out of or result from the foregoing use.
